Dongseong Hwang, this issue is now documented in https://help.ubuntu.com/community/UpgradeNotes . Despite this, power management disablement from Software Updater (package update-manager) would be user-space initiated, and would have to be made aware of current settings to adjust (ex. /etc/systemd/logind.conf ) or whatever would be the appropriate implementation. -> update-manager (Ubuntu)
Please reassign if found to be incorrect package. ** Package changed: linux (Ubuntu) => update-manager (Ubuntu) -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1243844 Title: Don't go to power suspend mode when upgrading Ubuntu package To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/update-manager/+bug/1243844/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
