A bios_grub partition is used for booting in bios mode on a GPT
partitioned disk. You appear to be booting in EFI mode, in which case
you need a 100 MB fat32 EFI system partition mounted in /boot/grub/efi.
Also do not use ext2 -- use ext4 instead.
