Says it's GPL-2, therefore removed tag eq "proprietary" http://ftp-master.metadata.debian.org/changelogs/contrib/n/nvidia- settings/unstable_copyright. Really wonder how the situation is on the other BIG5 of the Linux distros: Open Suse, Fedora, +++ ? Probably it would just need a little questionare on Nvidai's Linux- Forum: https://devtalk.nvidia.com/default/board/98/ Who knows, may be they could easily be merged from the W$-version side?
