Hello, I no longer have this problem since kernel 3.2.0-36 kernel release....can't you just close the bug report ?? I am using kernel 3.2.0-58 currently with no problems.
I have been using Ubuntu 14.04 with the latest kernel since it came out, so I don't see it as an issue any more. I also have no problems using Ubuntu 12.04.3 LTS or Linux Mint 16 with the latest kernels. I have great reservations about flashing the BIOS....if it left me with an unworkable mobo, I would be royally screwed !! In other words, if it ain't broke-don't fix it.
