The crash occurs after installing python-pyopencl (which is a a
dependency of the freecad spreadsheet workbench) and it's dependencies,
so its probably a problem with freecad . I,ve given up trying to work
out how to get this module to work for now but thanks for for
everything anyway.
I suppose problems are to be expected with a cutting edge version of freecad
fom the daily ppa, and maybe i should have reported it to the freecad
maintainers. but i'll wait a couple of months and try again to get the module
working as they may be aware bof the problem already. Thanks for all your help
anyway.
