By going back into the Partitioner I can then go to the two partitions listed in the RAID array, and mark the swap one as swap and the 3TB one as etx4 and root /
This then allows the install to continue along swimmingly until right at the very end, when it fails to instal grub: "Unable to install GRUB in /dev/sda Executing 'grub-install /dev/sda' failed This is a fatal error.
