Hi! After update from 13.04 to 13.10, I have this same problem. Connection to my Nokia BH-104 look's good, but pulseaudio not see NokiaBH audio device. After run pulseaudio -k, server add Nokia device to list, and is possible to set input/output audio to bluetooth headset.
