They do not still seem to be registered with defoma? However I have been
unable to find one application that wouldn't have worked with them. It
seems no application on my Feisty seems to care about defoma too much,
and the bug has been fixed:

- They are available for Gnome and don't seem to get substituted by something 
else
- OpenOffice can use them, and produces PDF files etc using the correct fonts. 
I inspected both file contents and visually and couldn't find a wrong font.

Btw. Those two fonts are nice.


 In particular, Ghostscript replaces
Charter with Times when you examine the output of strings on the resulting PDF.
