This is known, I'm afraid - gparted/qtparted and ubiquity don't know how
to communicate between each other that that's a bootstrap partition. I
was hoping to fix that with https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/+spec
/ubiquity-advanced-partitioner, but since that didn't make Edgy I may
have to look into workarounds.
