Hmmm, it appears that last report may be a red herring. Using "pip
install --upgrade six", the Requirement.parse('six>=1.4.1') errors go
away (and nova-api reports a different set of six version requirement
errors). The other cinder error persists, but I now guess that's a
different problem.
