Ubuntu better. We are sorry that we do not always have the capacity to
look at all reported bugs in a timely manner.
In your case, if you still have them, I would like to see the contents
of /etc/init.d/speech-dispatcher and /etc/default/speech-dispatcher.
Even with these files I believe this to be an intermittent problem that
is not related to speech-dispatcher.
