Public bug reported:
I opened settings added my u1 account backed out, back to settings but
online-accounts wasn't closed down correctly. This meant that I couldn't
latter on access online accounts and thus couldn't add any accounts
latter.
Restarting the device fixed the issue I also believe that killing online
accounts would of too.
I've attached the unity8 log that showed the issue.
