I rebooted with the paramters of comment #33 (
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1269777/comments/33).
PCIE powermanagement is DISABLED in the BIOS.

Then I did the undocking operation:
It  is working like expected without any problem!
