Public bug reported:

With libccid 1.4.12-1 the Kobil Kaan-Triband Card-Reader does not work
any longer.

What happens:
When starting up pcscd with card put in one gets
"06041183 ifdhandler.c:1122:IFDHPowerICC() action: PowerUp,

When putting in a card after starting up pcscd one gets something like
"card inserted but not repsonsible" sometimes there is an "-7 ressource
temporarls not available"-error.

Most online-banking programs give a timeout-error when trying to access
the card.

Workaround: Downgrade libccid to Version 1.4.9-1 from Ubuntu the raring
archives

** Affects: ccid (Ubuntu)

         Status: New
