Please sync raster3d 3.0-2-5 (multiverse) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * Rebuild for libgd3.
  * Build-depend on libtiff-dev rather than libtiff4-dev.
Fixed in debian
