Public bug reported:
maliit-framework-dev has a hard coded dependency on libqt5core5. This is
not needed, since it already depends on maliit-framework which
automatically depends on the needed Qt libraries.
This also prevents packages depending on maliit-framework-dev from
building against Qt 5.2.
