Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: mozilla-acroread

Running Gutsy on a Lenovo x61s. Have mozilla-acroread installed. When
attempting to open a .pdf in firefox I get an error message telling me
"Could not launch Adobe Reader 7.0. Please make sure it exists in PATH
variable in the environment. If problem persists, please reinstall the
application."

I did dpkg-reconfigure mozilla-acroread, and acroread
I also tried reinstalling.
The odd thing is that Konquoror can read the pdf's just fine.

(My girlfriends is experiencing the same problem with her Thinkpad T22
running Feisty)

** Affects: acroread (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
