The bug 1173571 is about using which font as default for zh-tw, but all
of the fonts discussed there have more or less complete coverage for zh-
tw. Here I'm talking about font *not* complete for zh-hk but pretend to
be so. And yes, I do wish WenQuanYi be removed as title.

That's correct, the font support for zh-tw and zh-hk are quite different. 
WenQuanYi has more or less complete support for zh-tw.

Not absolutely sure, though my suspicion is no. Same goes for zh-sg. 

> What about simplified Chinese?
WenQuanYi is intended for simplified Chinese support since day one. Keeping the 
status quo would be better for mainland Chinese users.
