I've collected the information described for an upstream bug report and
am ready to email it, but I'm not sure where it should go.

The page you gave me, https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/Upstream/kernel,
separates submissions into USB bugs and non-USB bugs. This seems like a
USB bug of the non-wireless type, but the addresses listed are for "USB
dongles," and this isn't a dongle issue.

So do I submit it to [email protected] as I would for a non-
wireless USB dongle issue, or to a particular driver maintainer?
