An update did not change the user setting. If an update made rekonq the
default then whatever browser was used as default was not actually
configured as such. So there really was no user setting to begin with
and no settings were changed because we use a fall-through settings
meaning unless there is a user level setting present the system level
will be used, and that was originally konqueror and eventually changed
to rekonq.
