Thanks for your report. I can't reproduce this issue, the so files are
installed:
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/odbc/psqlodbca.so
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/odbc/psqlodbcw.so
The location is arch specific, /usr/lib/<arch-triplet> differs from arch
to arch.
