Is the issue the delay or the lack of feedback during that time?

The settings just send the signal to the service to reboot/install the
update, if there is a slowness in the action is comes from the
system/service, we could probably be better at giving feedback during
that time though...

unsure that UI makes sense since the update is not installed from the
