Other error results in no descriptions showing on services tab with
advanced checked.
ROOT CAUSE
bumlib.pm gets the current module description from apt-cache show and saves it
with
my $start = rindex($s_info,"Description");
With internationalization, the pkg description text can have a hyphen and
language code. So now $start is pointing to the wrong place.
Sorry I'm not a PERL programmer so I can't supply a patch.
