It seems this bug is not relevant now: old QT3 libraries - qt-x11-free source
package is removed from Ubuntu and Debian since 2012 and
QCAD uses QT4 since version 3.1 (now 3.4.5) - QCAD 3.1 has been released as
open source (GPLv3) since June 2013!
