No prompts happened while doing this.

I'm experiencing some weird behavior. If I hold alt+a to launch an
application, and choose reddit, the reddit launcher that comes up has no
icon. if I lock it to my launcher and then click on it, it opens in the
container. after opening, a new reddit icon (with working icon) appears
in the launcher. however if i click on *that* one, it opens in firefox.
