In Ubuntu 14.04, Deluge fails to download the blocklist when the blocklist
plugin is activated.
The blocklist download hangs at 0%, stopping torrent download to starts.
The issue is due to an incompatibility between the versions of Deluge
and Twisted.
A fix can be found in the Deluge website:
