** Summary changed:

- The dependencies are cleared automatically in synaptic
+ When unmarking a pkg, synaptic prompts to mark dependencies instead of to
unmark them

** Description changed:

  In synaptic 0.62.5

  Steps to reproduce:
- 1: Mark a package [ex: 3dchess]
+ 1: Mark a package for installation [ex: 3dchess]
2: synaptic will ask for installing additional dependencies. in this case
[xaw3dg] . Accept it
- 3: Now Unmark 3dchess [right-click Unmark]
+ 3: Now Unmark 3dchess [right-click> Unmark]

  Deviation:
  - synaptic asks to "/Mark/ for installation" again xaw3dg
+ - if you accept, then look for xaw3dg in Synaptic, xaw3dg is indeed still
marked for installation

- What should happen is , synaptic should Ask to "/Unmark/ the additional
+ What should happen is, synaptic should Ask to "/Unmark/ the additional
  changes"

Note: If we "undo" the mark [instead of unmark in step 3] from Edit> Undo ,
the additional packages will get unmarked automatically
  ----

- When you install a program for automatically dependencies are selected
- and if you want to clear the program dependencies are not removed
+ When you mark a program for installation, you're automatically prompted
+ to mark its dependencies, but if you want to cancel installing the
+ program, the dependencies are not unmarked
