Public bug reported:
As stated the graphical desktop became unresponsive. Dropping to
CTRL + ALT + F1 terminal and `top`showed ibus-ui-daemon taking around 150 % cpu
time and ibus-ui-gtk3 taking around 50 % cpu time.
(names may contain minor errors)
Tried to kill processes, rebooted.
