I had the same problem with same model laptop, and I wanted to upload more data so that developers pinpoint the problem. I ran: apport-collect -p linux 1260825
and it attached so many files. I hope there's no sensitive information :( Sorry if they are too many files. Looks like fuujuhi did the upstream kernel testing, but latest development release testing still remains. I would like to contribute by doing latest development release testing. If I boot with development version via live-USB, would that suffice? Do I need to install the development version?
