At FOSDEM Jesse Barnes gave a talk "Intel BayTrail graphics overview", on one
slide he mentioned an "external DP" bug they've fixed. I guess he meant (was to
dumb to ask):
drm/i915: vlv: fix DP PHY lockup due to invalid PP sequencer setup

I've wondered if it's related to this bug. So, I've tested the current
drm-intel-fixes branch (including this commit). But, the problem - this
bug - still exists.
