Regarding upstream-signing-key.gpg, it's used to verify the upstream
tarball signature (and avoid the lintian tag:
http://lintian.debian.org/tags/debian-watch-may-check-gpg-
signature.html)

We'll see how to add more keys to the packaging in the future. this one
is mine.
