Public bug reported:
Whenever looking at the progress bars in Ubuntu Software Center in the
"progress" tab or search list the middle of the bars seem to be a
transparent white color with an orange border. When the app with the
progress bar is selected the orange color that denotes the selection
shows through this transparent area. This doesn't seem to be the
intention because when looking at the progress bar in the program's
description window it is a consistent orange.
