Public bug reported:

Ubuntu 12.04.4 LTS
chromium-browser Version 32.0.1700.102-0ubuntu0.12.04.1~20140128.864.1

I have two extensions installed ("Adblock Plus" and "Tabs to the
front"). For both extensions I enabled the option "Allow in incognito"
(see screenshot) (Instruction see
https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/187443?hl=en -> Adjust
extension options).

When I open chromium by using the Quicklist-entry "New window in
Incognito mode", both extensions are *disabled* although, the checkboxes
for the option "Allow in incognito" are selected. I have to deselect and
once again select the checkboxes to make both extensions work.

Background information: When I first start with a regular windows of
Chromium and afterwards start an Incognito window simultaneously, the
extensions are enabled in the Incognito window as they should be. So the
bug only occurs, when I first start with an Incognito window of
chromium, and that's my preferred behavior.

This bug occured since the last but one version of chromium in Ubuntu
12.04.
