This bug was fixed by the development of Ubuntu Software Center. USC
provides search, categories, repository listings (though aggregating
official repositories), and user ratings and reviews.
USC does not include filtering by license, popularity, bug count, or
search by Windows/Mac equivalent, but those are better tracked in
individual separate bug reports.
