Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: squirrelmail
Once the french language is choose (using which squirrelmail-configure),
squirrelmail is still displayed in English (squirrelmail-locales is
installed).
The problem is that in the file :
/usr/share/squirrelmail/functions/i18n.php, squirrelmail is looking for
a locale : fr_FR.ISO-8859-1, while it is fr_FR-UTF-8 on Ubuntu
