Ah, very helpful. Your /etc/apt/sources.list.d/upubuntu-com- tor64-saucy.list file is completely wrong, just delete it:
sudo rm /etc/apt/sources.list.d/upubuntu-com-tor64-saucy.list sudo apt-get update I don't know what you intended to have in that file, but there is nothing there to salvage.
