OK, I found how num lock key works on this kind of keyboard.
*Num lock is On
If you press the Fn + the key with num pad marks (e.g. "J" for "1")
it will output "1"
*Num lock is Off
If you press the Fn + the key with num pad marks (e.g. "J" for "1")
it will send an "End" signal.
*Summary
Num pad on this kind of keyboard is only working with Fn key.
I've verified again on this system, it work as described above.
So the Num lock key is actually working, I will mark this bug as "Invalid"
