You have been subscribed to a public bug:
The notification title should wrap up to three lines if it's too long to
fit on one line. Titles that are longer than three lines should be
truncated with ellipsis at the end of the third line.
Steps to reproduce:
notify-send "This is a really long title, but it should wrap over
three lines then be truncated. The exact point of truncation would
depend on the font but nevertheless it should wrap-and-truncate over
three lines."
Result: The title takes a single line and is truncated, like "This is a
very long title, b..."
Expected result: The title wraps over three lines and is then truncated:
This is a very long title, but it
should wrap over three lines
then be truncated. The exac...
