When user keeps pressing volume up button (continuously), notify-osd
gets slow and keeps showing reached max. volume.
When volume is maxed out The volume notify shows up first and then
later flashes bright to show that its max. This is irritating for the
user. The volume notify should only display the bright volume max.
instead of having two parts two it.
I don't know how to explain this. Its really irritating actually.
