If you have an application and go full-screen mode, critical notify-osd
events will not show up until after you exit full-screen.
For example, if you open Firefox and a terminal, then go to full-screen
on Firefox after executing the following command: "notify-send -u
critical 'Hello world!' 'This is an example notification.'"; you will
not receive the notification until after you exit full-screen.
Here's a big reason why this is bad and needs to be fixed: If someone's
battery is critically low and an application is in full-screen, the
notification warning the user will never appear, unless all applications
exit full-screen.
