Hello everyone, The syncdaemon state AUTH_FAILED means that the credentials that syncdaemon is using to authenticate against the server are no longer valid. This can happen because:
* you removed your device from https://one.ubuntu.com/account/ * you revoked the token associated to your device in https://login.ubuntu.com/+applications * you changed the password for your SSO account (this revokes all tokens) * your device is using a deprecated token: recently we made a sync between the U1 database and the SSO database and we cleaned up all U1 tokens that were not valid in SSO. If this case affected you, you should have received an email about two months ago asking you to remove your device and re-add it again to refresh your U1 token (email subject was "Security upgrade to Ubuntu One"). For more detailed instructions on how to remove and re-add your device, please refer to: https://one.ubuntu.com/help/faq/ ** Changed in: ubuntuone-client Status: New => Invalid ** Changed in: ubuntu Status: Confirmed => Invalid -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1278190 Title: File sync error.
