Public bug reported:

I habitually and occasionally use Ctrl+C in a shell with the usual
expectation that that kills the current process.

However, in the ubuntu emulator shell (the one auto created on your
desktop when you launch the emulator) it kills the emulator itself,
which is inconvenient, especially given how long it takes the emulator
to reboot.

Propose that Ctrl C in the emulator shell does not kill the emulator.

** Affects: android (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
