Public bug reported: We are evaluating 14.04 for our future releases. In this process we have upgraded our own software to the qt5 packages delivered the installation. We are dependent on the openscenegraph-dev package also, which is linked to qt4 however (osgQt). This causes a linking conflict with nice segmentation faults as a consequence.
A option would be to make the openscenegraph-qt bindings a separate package and provide both the qt4 and qt5 bindings. Is this possible? And can it be implemented in the final 14.04LTS? We can provide assistance in testing. Regards, Rob van der Meer --- R. van der Meer M.Sc.
