I'm afraid there's not much else that I can do here. We can't live-
migrate your old 9.1 instances to 9.3 during apt-get upgrade, *that*
would be scary and a potential major data loss if anything goes wrong.
It might also take several hours on big databases.
Do you have a suggestion how to re-phrase that note to make it easier to
read? (Note that it has been translated into umpteen languages over the
years, so I won't change it unless it is a significant improvement)
