Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* Merge from Debian unstable. Remaining changes:
- debian/rules:
+ Change OpenGL backend from GL to GLES 2 for ARM.
+ Enable runtime shader compiler for GLES.
- debian/control: B-D on libgles2-mesa-dev on arm platforms
