Please sync telepathy-gabble 0.18.1-2 (main) from Debian unstable (main)
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* Run dh-autoreconf in lib/ext/wocky too.
* Build using dh-autoreconf.
Debian has approved Ubuntu changes.
Changelog entries since current trusty version 0.18.1-1ubuntu2:
telepathy-gabble (0.18.1-2) unstable; urgency=medium
* Sync with Ubuntu to run autoreconf for better portability.
