Public bug reported:
Current samba can't be used as a domain controller because the domain
creation fails with an obscure error which I eventually tracked down to
missing tdbbackup (from the tdb-tools package).
samba should therefore grow a dependency on tdb-tools so that it's
actually possible to create a domain and become a domain controller.
