Hi Marek, my device ids are implemented into upstream since 3.14-rc1, so I don't have to do anything about this anymore. The kernel I've build has a special modification added to the usb driver which prevents all my usb pins to use xHCI (USB 3.0) mode and is only meant for testing. For me it works an fixes the "[ 7.791693] Bluetooth: Loading patch file failed" error, as far as I know your "[ 7121.317871] Bluetooth: Can't change to loading configuration err" message must be a completly different error.
