Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better. I can reproduce this bug on amd64, with feisty and
dapper. i386 doesn't sigsegv. It seems that the version in Gutsy on
amd64 works correctly.
Could you test with the latest version of samba on Gusty ?
