Please disregard the previous comment. I just realized that such a
message is necessary when the issue involves booting up the live
session, not the live session itself.

Anyway, I don't believe that the LIveUSB sessions offer new keyboard
layouts but English.  Unless you are installing directly instead of
trying then installing, you won't get an option to change the language.
When you install directly, you can change the language at the first
screen, but you'll have to type in English until the installation is
complete.  You can switch the keyboard inputs in your freshly installed
system with [Ctrl] + [Spacebar].

I don't think we'll find a solution to this problem.  But I hope this
helped.
